This award recognizes excellence in library services. One award will be given.
Eligibility
Full time librarians at one of the university libraries with at least three years of full time service before the year nominated.
For previous winners, at least five years must have lapsed before new nomination.

Curriculum Vitae
A CV of no more than four pages.
Professional Statement: A statement of up to 500 words by the nominee of the qualities that most distinguish the candidate’s special contributions to library service.
Supporting Letters: The file should contain three to five letters of support that speak directly to the candidate’s merit in library service.
The committee prefers substantive nomination letters from colleagues or supervisors, but in a university tradition, it also accepts self-nominations.
